It is a condition of booking that payment is received by the time of the conference.
The conference fee includes attendance at the conference, conference proceedings, entrance to the associated exhibition, event issue of Surveyor, lunch and all refreshments. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
Bookings requesting payment by invoice should be accompanied by a purchase order if this is required to pay the invoice.
You will always receive confirmation of your registration, joining instructions and a VAT invoice/receipt. If you do not receive this within a week of booking, please contact Surveyor on 020 7973 4633, email: conferences@hgluk.com to confirm that your registration was received. Bookings made after 4th September 2009 should also be confirmed by telephone.
Delegate pre-registration will close at 5.00pm on Friday 11th September 2009. Subsequent bookings should be made in person on-site on the day of the conference. Please contact the Organisers to check availability. A credit card payment will be required for all on-site bookings.
On-site bookings will only be accepted with credit card payment. Please note you will not be granted access without this.
Cancellations must be received in writing to conferences@hgluk.com or by post to Surveyor Events, 32 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, SW1V 2SS by 2nd September 2009 and will be subject to a charge of 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference or failure to attend after booking. Substitutions may be made at any time.
